The focus rs box is hydraulic and yes it will bolt to silver and black tops. you will need a cable gear lever as well as converting your car to hyrdraulic clutch.
I don't think(but i may be wrong) there is anything special about the focus rs flywheel i'm sure a normal 240mm zetec one will do the job just get it lightened and balanced.
