Neil, Chris changes the specs of the rear springs as they are far to harsh for road use the way Gaz spec them. id guess that instead of the 325F and 225R, your probably running arond 325F and 170R.
i had those on my old setup and found it faultless on track use with 225R but for road use i changed my rears to 190, but that was my car fully stripped aswell.
yes mate they r the monotubes that mike had spec up by avo think there is only 3 or 4 sets the same.
