SiB:

When I was having my wheels re-furbed I was considering "powder coating" them. Marty said that people on the porsche forums had complained of them cracking once they are powder coated and that the process of power coating them involves heating them up. As such I had mine painted.

Anyone know what the full process is for powder coating and if that really is a factor that might increase the chances of a wheel cracking?

£100 does not sound like a safe amount to spend on wheels considering how much of an important part of your cars safety they are. Suppose its okay if they are a known make? Glad u noticed in time matey

Michael: Why do you go on and on about Dingy like that? IRL Dingy and his buddies are good lads who always extend a warm welcome and make u feel at home when you go down to their camping at croft or crash over before national day. It is a bit like a broken record.
