If you are taking about the Extra Gloss Protection then I recommend it. There are others out on the market, but it does the job.

I find that making sure the car is fully cleaned first (including removing of any watermarks) then apply it and leave it for an hour gives a nice finish. Buff it off and away you go. Some people say that is all you need, but I always prefer to put a coat or 2 of a decent wax on afterwards to aid longevity.
