Yes on the front forward facing part of the block, ther eis just above the bottom of the sump a lonely 10mm headed bolt, this is removed and a threaded pin of a precise length inserted, when engine is at TDC you can actually hear/feel the pin and crank web contact each other, take plugs out and it's a lot easier to turn.
Most car accessory shops will sell a zetec cam timing kit, whihc is a flat bar(5mm) to go in the rear of the cams, slot is offset so that it only fits correctly one way, and the pin, about £10 or so.
