In the feed from the relay in the fusebox, ie the dip AND the main beam wire(so need a few), so long as the lamp failure module senses a LOAD, ie enough current passing it is happy, they are only basic REED devices in the lamp failure module.
It is the lack of load that causes the light(failure) to illuminate, I have it when relaying the lights as well.
