Just fitted one of the new Cosworth billet style HP oil pumps to my 4x4 cossie, I know it's not a 2wd but hopefully will give you some idea.

I get 75-80 psi pressure from cold, 25-30 psi pressure at idle when warm and 60-65 psi when driving. I'm using 10W50 Silkolene Pro S oil.
