Does anyone on here eat SNAILS ?
Been to a friends house today, mostly Portuguese, and they love thier snails, made my stomach turn seeing them in the pot after being boiled.
Turns out they picked them in the woods, then just boil and eat.
My lad tried one as did my other half, she spat hers out but lad managed to keep his down.
Just wondered if any ENGLISH peeps had tried them, what they tasted like, as can't trust my two to tell me the truth as they just want to see me being sick after eating one, I am a vegetarian as well!!
