Well im hoping someone might be able to help me.
My grandad had an accident in his car a few weeks back and the insurance company has told them they have written the car off without going into to much detail. My question is can the insurance company write off your car while you are still driving it and retain all of the documents? as we have found a body shop that will repair it and not wite it off but the assessor said we cannot as it has already been written off. How can this be? Is the assessor talking shit
