just to clarify on my oil situation. the only time i ever checked the oil was in the morning, and it was perfect, the car has never used a drop of oil, so this was normal. i did not check the oil level throughout the day, but i'm confident it wouldnt have lost any unless a leak occured.

when rich checked the oil he told me it was bone dry and had none in it at all, hence why i told everyone this in the carpark and we all cracked some jokes about it. however when i checked the oil before the AA/ADAC picked it up in the evening, it was above the minimum, oil must have magically appeared back in the engine eh rich? anyway, doesnt matter what happened really, as it's fucked and needs fixing

anyway, WHAT A TRIP! i'm still on a high and want to go back. made a load of new friends this time out, and hope to see you again at the next one
