but as i get 20 days hol's, and 3 days bank hol's paid already, i will now get 1 more day a year paid.
And if its law they cant include bank hol's, that will just mean i wont get paid bank hol's as hol's no more, instead, get no pay at all.
i thought if you were full time a bank holiday must legally be paid? am i wrong?
