well we made it over in record time with zero breakdowns our convoy had Fil's Cossie, SiB's Evo, My M3, Ginge's Scooby and 2 Elises. We attained a massive maximum speed on the derestricted sections of autobahn of...

...80mph

anyway, was enough time to get in 2 laps in the afternoon in the 1.5hrs it was open (took an hour to get from the carpark to the track, it was VERY busy). It wasn't the best conditions to be driving in, there was traffic all over the place and i'm terrible at passing things, but i didn't see any bad accidents so that's good. The car was going VERY well, i'm so impressed with how good she is this year, last time the front end grip was poor and so were the brakes, this year it's spot on.

anyway, went to a nice gaff for some food in the evening with a lot of people attending. steak on a stone... mmmm took a while to get our food tho, we got there at about 9pm and the food turned up about midnight turned out for the best tho as everyone was having a good 'ol chinwag. Mike R was the designated driver for the return journey in my car, and we made it home "quite quick", he had the rears spinning on the exit to one of the tight hairpins he was trying to catch up with a scooby that it turns out was BEHIND us not infront
