It is really simple mate. The only akward(ish) bit is the bolt that is horizontal against the tunnel at the front of the seat. Once the seat is out you will need a torx key to remove the runners from the seat, job done. Alternatively, i have a spare set of runners i could give you and you could get them done to save the inconvenience of having no seats in the cos for a while...
