you can pull them up but they will lock themselfs at the end.



Push the head rest as far down as possible. then look between the inner seat and the outer. (don't know the exact word for it) between the grey outside and the red/grey inside. I hope you know what I mean.

then you will see the bars of the head rest. at the end there is a iron clip. remove this and then you can pull it all out.
