I really want to start training again.

Im 33 this year but am i too old???

The only reason i ask this, is that when i was 19 i started training for about 18 months and saw no gain in bulk, but i had a fast metabolism and still do and i ended up losing weight. Despite all the weight gain products they kind off well go straight through me!!!! I used a few steroids (methatestosterone and dianobol bad i know) and i gained 2 stone but i was kinda getting aggressive which the missus didnt like and i stopped. I then lost all muscle as it were tbh.

Im 6ft and currently weigh 10 stone (140lbs) and really want to start again as im sick of being thin, my doctor tells me not to worry but im fed up. Im just wondering if its worth doing again as im older, and is it worth trying the supplements again?? there apperas to be so many on the market now and offering promises of gaining 20lb in 30 days and all that bullshit.

Any advice?
