how do you mean the primer has reacted did you use panal wipe to clean the wing before you done your first coat of primer you can but it or use meths i wouldnt use filler i would use 600 grit then gice it a dust coat 2 ways to dust coat either turn the pressure write down and slowly hold trigger half in so more air blowing then primer coming out 2 hold gum further away than normal i prefer 1 then when you have dust coated it let it stand for 10 mins then give it a proper coat of primer then let it dry then use 1000 grit wiv lots of water then it should be ready for yor basecoat,,, realy you are suppose to wait a day before you spray the laquer but i have done it wiv in an 1 hour and still got fine results if you get orange peel you can use 200o grid wiv fairy then buff it up wiv g3 paste and a buffer hope this helps
