Hello,i have just a few quick questions about how to set GAZ Coilovers up on an Escort Cosworth i had these fitted last year but haven't used the car yet & i'm getting it back on the road later this week,
I've noticed that they haven't put the instructions back in the box with old shockers,i'm going to try run quite hard & want to go much lower,

1.Am i correct when i say its anticlockwise makes them softer while clockwise stiffens them up...? (how many clicks to go noticeably harder?-i presume they've been set up on the softest setting thats how they feel at least anyway)

2.I could do with a quick guide on adjusting the height as it looks like they've been set up on the highest setting,looks higher than it did standard!!
I've got 18" Alloys if this is a help with 225/40's F&R,
