I have been in full contact with Admiral since I was notified a month ago. I have filled in their accident form and sent thme about 5 letters etc. I phoned them today and they say I now have to speak to their solicitors directly about this CCJ Monday morning but I want blood as this should never have happened. What is my legal standing, anyone know?
