Evo is lighter, but its not just that, its also got better suspension, especially the fact it doesnt look like john wayne when it tries to launch, so it can put the power down better
not to mention at 400bhp the escort is realistically in need of an uprated gearbox and 2 new diffs costing thousands of pounds.
