In the first instance I will call the court and see if they can send me this form before writing to the referance agencies.

What I want to know now is do I have any legal recourse for this mess as I am fully comp insured and this should never have happened in the first place. It's crossed from being an automotive incident (still being disputed by both sides) pass my insurance onto my personal/financial life which its very bad!
