As for that guy "not remembering" what happened when he came round that corner & hitting that poor horse... rrrrr... As if!

That poor little Rottie was abandoned as well I bet. Poor thing had a runny nose & a sore ear & was probably so frightened. I hope the ppl who dumped it saw that & feel thoroughly ashamed (not that they will if they were happy to dump a fine dog like that)
