you can dispute the ccj with the courts as was set with you not present, the judgement can be put aside, once thats done forward to experian and equifax and they can remove

cal the courts they send out the apropiate form

but then you will have to sort the matter out or chances are they will apply again


but its the real only way to sort the issue
