oh.... right m8, i had a beemer, for 11 years, a few years down the line, it started to cut out when it wanted too, When going along etc, jumping then die then it would be alright. Then it would go for ages and be fine, then one day parked up somewhere, came back out, and the fooker wouldn't start, just spinning over. So later on i got my m8 to toe me home, pushed it to the outside of my house, and my Gypsy m8 at the time, said whas wrong with it mike? i said dunno aint looked at it yet, so he said turn it over, i did, and he said watch this, he layed down and booted the fuel tank once. I tried it again, and the Fooking thing started, i was like WTF?????????? he laughed.

So i assumed it was the fuel pump, so i bought a new one, and smashed the old one open, didn't look like there was anything wrong with it either. Anyway, months down the line, it started again, the car would cut out and not start, boot the tank job done. So one day i investigated, you only had to touch the multiplug on the top of the pump, and the pump would stop as quick as you could blink, and if you kept playing with the plug, wiggling it back and fourth, the car did cut out, the plug inside had gone all black where it was arching, okay when cold, but soon as the plug got warm, the trouble would start. So i chopped it off and soldered them to the pump, was okay for ever after and still is to this day. That plug caused me nearly 3 years of shite.

Sorry for the long story but ive been out on the Pisssss
