Of the specialists, Reyland gets my vote for a basic rebuild like that.
I havent had personal dealings with NMS or SCS, and out of MAD and Reyland, Martin is more geared up for delivering an engine rebuild to you quickly, MAD tend to do only higher spec engines and tend to involve more lengthy build times, where as Martin is great at turning stuff like that around very quickly.

This is the common misconception I do many stock rebiulds within a given time frame, Most people think I only do big biulds due to me biulding some very big engines and think I wouldnt be intereasted
It doesnt help with you thinking the same and posting a guess.
