I binned the 1000 mile old DS pads as don't want anyones death on my hands from shite brakes, apec are a joke, binned, pagid not too bad but not great.
EBC, greenstuff a joke, the cureent formula V7 is nowhere near as good as the ace V4 formula.
I have recently changed from REDSTUFF CERAMIC to YELLOWSTUFF.
The reds were awsome, ace bite from cold MASSES of FEEL which matters to me a lot, little dust, no noise VERY progressive and excellent fade resistance.
The yellows, not quite as good as the reds when cold but easily useable, with no effort at all, very progressive, MASSES of FEEL, even better fade resistance, onlky faded them once when trying.
I used Reds/Yellows WITHOUT the anti noise backing plate on the rear of the pads, and still have ZERO noise under ALL conditions.
I drive in the ICE, snow rain etc all year round.
I have yet to find a pad with as good a FEEL as the ebc which is a main likeable feature for me.
The DS pads would not even stop a bicycle in my opinion, I get all FERRODO products FREE, but choose to BUY EBC.
I think brake pads are a very personal thing, so there will be lots of people like differnt things, these are just MY opinions.

your not running standard old brakes are you...

they are useless, old and fit for the bin....why do you think ford have upgraded several times...
aftermarket is the only way forward
