the story so far:

Pacifical blue cabby, did an s2 conversion about 18 months ago. The car was running fine.

Now:

It won't start, changed the ditributor, plugs, coil, battery. I get a reading at the coil terminals with a test light but the coil is not giving power to the distributor and thus no spark. Seems odd!

The car has an alarm and immobiliser fitted which i suspect is at fault but just looking for some help before i get the alarm taken out, could it be anything else? i would have thought maybe crank sensor but if it was the car would start and die, i'm not even getting that!! help MUCH appreciated.
