Help
I have recently joined the gym, i used to go jogging but decided that i needed more facilities, im happy enough with my cardio workout, but as for weights and machines, i dont seem to really know what im doing, i was wondering if anyone had a bit of an all round weights and or machines workout just to tone up, im not really into lifting heavy weights etc as im more looking to get fit and lose weight rather than put it on
