contact , experian . They are a credit reference agency and they will be able to supply you with a copy of your credit history , it will show any info or dealings you have had with credit companies . if it shows up on there score you can contact them and they will advise you on your best route .
alternativly you can contact the solicitor that caused the ccj in your name and express your concern in the matter . they are supposed to wipe the slate clean if a matter is cleared up or found to be through no fault of your own .
