Well a bit of good news for a change. Some of you know that i want to go to Spain and have job interview lined up for one in Spain. Main reason is that I am bored of my job after 7 years and the fact that whilst I am training to be an Area Manager, I dont think the opportunity will be there.

Well on Tuesday I had to do a presentation to my Director and 9 Area Managers. Afterwards my director asked me how I was etc and I voiced about my training and where I wanted to be. He replies, well grab opportunity by the hands, dont sit back as you never know whats around the corner. With that he winked, smiled and walked off.

Anyway on Thursday I found out my Area Manager has been sacked due to bad performance , plus the fact he was from outside the company and didnthave a clue anyway!!! I have now been told that I will be acting Area Manager with support from someone already in the job and if i can turn around the misfortunes of our area performance they will consider me for the job after xmas.

I am well happy, so thought i'd share it all with you sorry
