i'm just pissed he's gone about it this way, he should have been happy with my offer of a full refund, i was still going to lose out a bit on postage costs, he also went and stopped ebay from refunding the seller fee , and is now wants an extra £70 on top as compensation!

he also states he's not happy that i didnt disclose the age of tyres in my ebay ad, i'll be honest i'didnt know they put down the manufacture date on tyres and i explained this to him in my last email, furthermore i looked at other tyre companies on ebay and 90% of them did not list a date on their adverts so how the f**k was i supposed to know? i'm not a tyre expert. Oh yeah he could have asked me how old they were before he bid? but he didnt.

as for risking his family!???!! WTF! it's not like i fitted them on his car and then he spun off the motorway, all he had to do was tape them back up for me so i could send courier to collect.

they may not be 08 but they hardly look dangerous?
