Firstly, what Cossies had closed loop as standard? Did late Saffs have it?

Also once closed loop is added, does it matter if the spec is then changed? From my understanding it is only for off-boost driving therefore changing the spec/parts after it is added will not affect the way in which it works? I.e. Its not like a live map as such that is spec dependant.
