Exactly what i was thinking.

Gra is the old tray already chopped out and the rotten metal removed and cut back to fresh solid metal ready for the tray to be welded in ? If not your better spending a bit more on getting the job done right 1st time than spending a few £££ just getting a tray bodged in over the top of already rotten metal.
