going to go greys/t34 etc and if i buy a 1.44mm thick cometic wrc head gasket i'll be low comp, and was thinkin about changin my cams or just the inlet, is this a good idea ?

what would the right cam be for my engine, some say the bd14 some say leave the standard cams in, i'm confused as fuk as to what to put in, also if the 14 one is the one to go for , is the best thing to do send them to someone like amber for an exchange pair or is there someone else on here who does them?
