got my s1 turbo engine back after a full rebuild and have been told to use something like asda cheap own brand oil for the first 1000 miles then change oil and filter again for decent oil,but what gearbox oil should i use?also told different things for the cam run it for 20 mins on 2000 revs or 2000 revs for 2 mins then 1500 revs then tick over whats correct?
