Any legal ppl on here know much about wills?

I need a will drawn up and it's has to be watertight. My solicitor wants £250 + vat for mine and my brothers at same time.

is this reasonable?

What do they actually do to justify their money?

and y is it better than whsmith's £5.99 one?
