Cheers people

Ive done a little more work on the head/inlet side of things....

Take the previously mentioned Rover 820 manifold and chop the end off...why? Because it looks shit. No reason I can see why you cant keep it and use the rover TB, may foul the coilpack, but ive not looked!

Using a gasket as a guide, make up a nice ally plate to be welded onto the end of the plenum, for moutning our throttle body

Rape a friend/neighbours/strangers fiesta inlet manifold. Steal the Throttle Body and the Fuel Pressure Regulator.

As you can see, the Rover Reg (on the left) is non adjustable, therefore we use the FRST's Weber adjustable regulator

Not all plain sailing though, the mounting bracket is different between Rover/Weber, luckily, the Rover fuel rail has a nice big block of ally we can drill and tap into to mount the Weber item

Why people use FRST inlet manifolds on Zetecs I dont know, check the nicely matching port shapes

This is why we use the Rover manifold

Hope this helps some of you lot as I know theres a few of you doing the same thing, or plan to do the same thing...will update soon when I get my block back (onday, maybe, never ....the quality is worth waiting for! )
