firstly you will need anohter set of hands..

place the anti roll bar one side into the tca, then place the two brackets and bushes and tighten just enough to hold the weight, then release the pin from the other tca, place the other end of the anti roll bar into the tca, then using a trolley jack, jack the suspension ( the side where the tca is not connected), but just enoug to monover the tca back into place, and then add place all bolts in place and then tighten worked for me mate
