from when i broke my wrist and had the cast changed on and off for 12 weeks

and for those who don't know, the bones he's broke are the ones in the plam of your hand, broken 3 of them on one side a good few years ago and they hurt like fookers

make sure you get plenty of flexing with them as otherwise you get caclium build ups on the joints which lead to problems laer on
