Default Focus Mk 2 - headlamp removal

Bought some Osram Nightbreaker bulbs for my 2007 Focus Zetec so tried to take out the headlight units today to fit them. Before I started I had a quick look at the owner's manual and it says - "1-Open bonnet, 2-Remove screw, 3-Disconnect the connections, 4-Remove headlamp". Brilliant, seems a lot easier than the nightmare that was the Mk1 Focus - or so I thought!
Removed the top screw - left the bulb connectors in place at this stage as it seems easier to remove them once the unit was out - but the unit won't come out! I managed to undo one clip up near the edge of the wing but there are obviously other things holding it in place at the bottom of the lamp but I'm damned if I can see what they are or how to free them.

Anyone done this job on their Focus and if so .... HELP!
