Your punctuation is fine. However, I would prefer it if you spelt okay the same way I did. Acceptable as your spelling of the word is, I feel mine is more professional.

I shall pretend you never called me micro penis, not because it was spelt wrong, nor because of a grammatical error. Purely because I am embarrassed and the truth has hurt me.
