First daylight trip....

Finally after years (& years) the car is road ready. Well it has been for a while, got MOT, TAX etc a month ago, but just been sorting out a few niggles.
Still needs a little attention here and there, a few bits need to get repainted, but overall, it is done. I need to get the seats retrimmed, as the looked shagged already, but other than, feels good to be on the road.
Well I say feels good, feels great. But this car does not want to be driven on the road, it is screaming out to be track use only, the way it drives, with power delivery coming way up in the revs, and once on boost, it just pulls right upto the limiter. The ride is firm, yet not too uncomfortable, you can feel the cage doing it's work, and other than the creak from the rear coil hitting the inner arch, it is quite bearable. I got to give it a good clean up, but for now I just needed to put a few miles on it. In total now the car has in it's life, done 74 road miles, and probably 100 rolling road ones!!
Anyway a couple of pictures of the old girl at work. It will not have anymore changes now, I'mm gonna stick with it as it is....although hmm...new seats...NO!!!
