from experience you can not remove items from his property regardless of if he has paid for them or not

i got stung a few years ago for over 5k for bathrooms and a boiler,i ripped the lot out with my mate and disposed of it in the firth of forth

luckily the copper who arrested me was quite sympathetic and even passed me his details so i could pay him a visit!

if the site is always active and you stand no chance of getting payed just snip every wire in the place when no ones about....serves the fooker right
