were not that big though just 6 foot and 13.5 /15 stone .
if he's saying hes going to pay then its not worth risking losing payment just yet. give him his chance to pay and if he doesnt you take it from there.
if hes not going to pay you have nothing to lose as long as theres no other witnesses.
