i had simular situation recently but only for £750 and me accountant said he use to wor for revenue and customs, he said he'll send hem a letter saying if they dont pay up within 10 days he'll write to revenue and customs fraud squad and 9 out of ten times he says they pay to keep the tax man off thier back
