I was talking about longevity of parts when used with full anti lag made in such a way, moanifolds crack or deform after some time the same about engine head parts that suffer from heat. The same about turbos, they die much faster. Of course if it's only used occasionally it won't hurt anything most probably. There are so many factors like - how long the driver usually stays off-throttle, etc. But all in all it reduces longevity of those parts.
