I run Antilag on my car and would not suggest it for for a road or a track car unless you suffer seriously from lag which then I would suggest changing your turbo first to something more suitable

No idea why it was suggested to change manifolds or valves though, I most certainly have not although I would agree with changing the turbo to one with a marram shaft
