You can get an MP3 player thing now for £99 that has 512mb!!!!! Heard the ad on radio today, can't remember who/what shop it was tho

Thats typically 14 albums of music on a device the size of a packet of mints!!!!
Bascially you plug it in the USB of your PC and transfer the mp3 tunes from the hard drive to your MP3 player. Then listen via headphones.
Now I can't see why you can't hook that device into you home stereo using a twin RCA > single 3.5mm jack plug (into the headphone socket on the MP3 player)
Thats how my portable mindisc "walkman" is set up on my downstairs hifi and works fine like that.
heard the ad again today - the shop it is on special (half price apparently) is DIXONS... Can't remember which unit it is tho
