right just putting an alpine head unit into my brothers mk5 3i

done the power and earth side of it, but now trying to do the speaker side, i wanted to use the original car wires realy and just connect them to the head unit wire, but what colour wire from the car is what speaker etc.

took the cover off the bunch of speaker wires and there put together in pairs so i thought that each pair would be for each speak but tried on set and nothing worked

so any help apprieciated,

got a 5 hour drive today and need a stereo lol
