Been running over 3 miles a night - last night was 45 mins of very fast exercise bike. Trying to avoid building any muscle. On a very bare atkins diet with no sugar carbs - probably not healthy in slightest but its for a week. Have upped my water intake massively and will lose this for the weigh in on sat night too.
Funny ideas are I can donate 1/2 kilo of blood in the morning - and my friend a doctor can get hold of pre op laxative that will lose another 1 to 2 litres LOL meant for people that get bowel operations etc!

Oh and a sauna and a work out..... Unfortunately i would miss the weigh in as they would probably be putting a tag round my toe! LOL
Thats about it - will power is deffo good in me LOL
