i know i should call them before anyone asks - just wanted to see if anyone knows before i try ringing them in the morning (thats if they are open!)

is there service a while you wait service, as in loiter around an hour or so!?
are they open saturdays?

just trying to get as much done as possible while im back in the sane end of the country, and thats with my lack of forward planning skills!
